Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Deliveries free of charge by overnight courier.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send all orders recieved by noon on a Wednesday out on a Thursday night for delivery on a Friday morning. For use, as fresh as possible, that week-end. If you wish for alternative arrangements. It is imperative these are listed under 'special shipping instructions'. If we receive an order after 11am on a Thursday, we may not be able to process and deliver your goods until the following Tuesday. 

Back Orders Cheese cutting is an approximate science, whilst rarely, some weights will be below the stated weight, overall your parcel will contain more than you paid for.

As our goods are perishable foodstuffs, any rejections, or returns, must be notified and arrangement made for their return in chilled conditions within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no refunds will be possible.

If your item is not in stock due to seasonality or availability, we will replace the missing item with a similar item of greater value.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union no tax is added on foods.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Regretably as we are selling perishable food stuffs, we cannot accept returns that were correctly delivered as per the information placed on the order form. Telephoned instructions or telephone orders cannot be accepted. Due to the seasonality of many dairy products and the bulk buying of supermarkets, certain dairy products are not always available. When this occurs we will replace the ordered items with a greater value of an alternative, rather than let people down and make no delivery.

Orders cancelled and refunded will incur a card processing charge of 3%.
